I think such cases should be dismissed simply based on Article 1, 2 & 3 which gives centre enough power to parliament to reorganise or change the boundaries of any state without state's consent.

As a Kashmiri i have always rejoiced the 370 abrogation since it was nothing but a dead horse and most probably SC will uphold the abrogation as well. What i fail to understand is why is it irking so many people. The deliberations upon it in the highest court only reflects the true character of Indian democracy and the fact that arbitary legislations are liable to be struck down if passed in an illegitimate manner. If you ask me the proceedings itself is enhancing the democratic spirit of the country rather than doing any harm.

I had read Article 370 long time back and if I remember correctly it has mentioned in the definition of Art.370 that it's temporary. That word is there. What is Mr.Sibbal's or for that matter ANY Indian lawyers'interest against the abrogation of 370 ?? This defines logic ... The MAIN achievement of this case will be that the abrogation will get the stamp from the Supreme Court hence this problem will be settled for posterity... Well played GOI and SC... 👏
