The issue of job displacement and possible creation meets the search to cut jobs in privatized water and companies. However, I worry about the capacity of ADs (Artificial decision systems) to address the pressing issues of even more complex water systems when ADs work to find manly patterns but not discontinuities.

very good point. Many rural areas are under-represented in data and literature on which to train. Many risks and opportunities here!
