If you're the superintendent on a project and you don't know which subcontractor is responsible for caulking windows - you've failed your job. He starts off by stating it's a tool to help speed up the estimating process, but then dilutes its capabilities down to an example where it merely acts as a directory - real powerful stuff here.

@@BuildrighthubHow? He goes from hyping up the estimating capabilities until 1:40 where he flips the script to talking about going into the field and coordinating in the field. Nowhere does he go back to discussing the output of uploading all the documents. Nothing more than a bunch of hype words for a basic interface relying on ChatGPT to do all the work. Its value proposition is as useless as your comment.

I believe we need a new form of economics, the system is broken, Im just glad AI showed us it, now we must adapt, evolve and reshape society where its better for all, and makeit human centered, we already see the ethics of AI, how it can influence people in subtle ways, the way they speak, the way they send messages, present work in schools and businesses. One thing for sure is humans dont take control of their own data, Web3 BlockChain, Ai, a Mixture of UBI and proof of intellectual property, I believe is the future.
