I would have a nervous breakdown trying to work with that much dough yet, lol! So now the truth comes out you are also Italian, and that explains why you make working with dough look so easy. You grew up playing with dough and making pizzas. I watched my mom and grandmother make Zeppoles I did get to help roll the meatballs. However, working with dough is new to me and I am definitely enjoying it. I like your videos and that you are also kind enough to reply and offer help

How did you ever get enough starter for that big of a batch? I’ve just started following you, and am learning sourdough, but I cannot figure out how people are making so many loaves at one time I have a good starter,but if I discard everyday and feed it half a cup of flour and half a cup of water, then discard again, I don’t see how I get enough to make more than maybe two loaves!
@silvermoon34863 ай бұрын
Feed it lots more flour & water 💦 but equal parts flour & water 💦.

Love your videos worth watching I do have concern about you touching your face then working on the dough
I’ve been searching through all your videos to see what the inside of these loaves look like and I don’t see any video where you actually cut the bread so we can see what it looks like inside especially the ones with the cheese, cheese and pepperoni.

I have it on my agenda to do a KZbin video showing the last step of baking, checking to make sure it’s done etc. if you check out @madara_farms on KZbin we have a highlight showing the crumb
