This is a reunion, but only to a certain degree. I love to see Duff, Axl, and Slash on the same stage again as much as the next guy, but EVERYONE would love to see Izzy and Steven also with these three too.

I like the idea of Matt and Steven taking turns on drums....Izzy has to be in the band to be a true reunion since he did a lot of the writing in that band and he never got his just due kudos.

There are a lot of younger fans around who were never around to see the spectacle that was Guns 'n Roses when they blew up and if they could capture just a fraction of the energy and intensity of those days the younger fans will appreciate it I am sure. I really appreciate the swing of Steven Adler, I mean really look when he's playing. the old live footage and KZbin videos of him, he's having the time of his life, every single second. the vibe between Adler and Sorum is all smiles and fun. I absolutely agree with having 2 kits and the guy's playing together and solo on stage, and of course Izzzzzy, must be there. Axl, put the fans first, don't you remember what it's like to be a fan of music and put your toxic emotional baggage away and go back to how you felt about the other guys, before the money and ego.

I hope both Izzy and Steven get to do this and that Steven does the right thing. He use to go missing all the time when the band arrived back home and gone for days this is his chance. He also told me he was wearing the same pants for the whole tour and never changed or washed them!!! As far as Izzy goes I meet him in 1987 in Providence RI for their first tour around with a band called EZO the show was practically empty and was lucky enough to sit and chat with Izzy and he was the first person I ever saw with a nose ring. We talked music and how he wasn't into really becoming a big famous band. I was impressed of how down to earth he was and sad when he left the band. I hope all return together.

He Had the most relaxed relationship, played with guns last year and it was always sure: if a reunion will happen, it's up to duff to unite them all again. I've seen Slash now twice with Miles Kennedy and that lineup is fantastic. Getting back with Axl has some nostalgia to it, but honestly we'll never see the G 'n R that played on the strip or the band that I saw open for Aerosmith in the fall of '88. That band is long gone, folks. Happy for them on a personal level, burying the hatchet and all. Good for them. I hope they all remain friends. They made some kick ass music together before they self-destructed.

A "reunion" of sorts with tremendous press. Michael Jackson was an addict. Hundreds of millions of dollars were lost as a result of promoters rolling the dice on the late and very troubled Michael Jackson. They unfortunately failed to consider the most important piece on which their planned concert run was built: The main attraction and their biggest asset was an addict. With that catastrophe as a case study for very expensive and historic reunions, all participants must be exceedingly cautious when one of the moving parts happens to be an addict with a history of chronic relapse. What's more, it's not just Axl who has a vote. The promoters, the investors and especially the insurance companies must look at the aforementioned facts. That said, I believe Steven Adler is up to the task. I can sense it. I saw Axl and guns n roses in Vegas in 2014. Remember that he was the first one to voluntarily leave the band - at the height of their fame - and has shown no interest in rejoining them since then. It absolutely effing amazing that Slash, Duff and Axl are FINALLY ready to (hopefully) move on.....but if Steve Adler, Matt Sorum and Izzy are not even asked to be included then this is NOT a reunion. As far as the drumming situation goes all I can say is may the best man win. Its hard to trust Steven I trust in his life long friend Slash to know if he is clean or not. I do believe that everyone has the right to forgiveness but also know that addiction does not just inject hardships on the addict it plagues all who involve them self in the addicts life. Steven clearly is the best drummer for the job but in order to walk the path to the stage you have to prove your self. in my opinion Axl Slash and Duff have always been the master minds behind GNR
