The Frank Gehry exhibition at the Los Angeles County Museum of art presents a comprehensive examination of the architect's extraordinary body of work from the early 1960s-he established his firm in Los Angeles in 1962-to the present, featuring over 200 drawings, many of which have never been seen publicly, and 65 models that illuminate the evolution of Gehry’s thinking.
In this video, Gehry talks about his path as an architect, the people who influenced him, and concepts he resonates with.

The best part of an architect nature fans, is this passion of building up things, being creative, constructive instead of planting fire the California forests for basic envy and evil criminal intentions. If we could give tips suggestions ideas all people for being creative, of getting busy on enjoying a private haven, focusing on the own personal achievement instead of feeling sorry for the others ... Independent nature to dream on, that's what we need the most fans, let them projects go on, if we deal with genius minds is this path of spiritual power to carry on because worthy

I was watching a traveling documentary about lran, if we do not follow the human nature to provide for people's happiness its like a ...water puddle getting stinky and infected, the secret of life is moving on, genius architects are very helpfull about it, dating your fans as well Gehry fans or California fans in your home place might help things go on, learning to manage our natural resources better, go for it fans, l am the biggest supporter of yours

Following the human nature seems the hardest work to do, our planet is made of more than 75% of water, our human body is made at the same way, we are mirrors to reflect things, we become what we store in our brain memory database, like mirrors, we give the others the image we prefer and a lot of people might seek in our eyes that reflection of, you know, we are much better than we seem, nobody must underestimate the huge potential of the humankind. When you put thoughts on paper like this, wish you experiment it on yourselves, Mother Earth out there rewards our effort to confess things, the day after is like finding the Santa Claus's gifts under the Christmas tree, its a reflection in the mirror effect, its having this important link to the Holy Creation that is already within us

Gehry knows more about Michelangelo and classical architecture than any "new urbanist" or "new classicist" that thinks his architecture is ugly.

Many confused people throw around false equivalency by comparing Pritzker prize to Nobel prize. Pritzker prize is just a vanity project and is a branding effort for wealthy Pritzker family name. Moreover, the prize committee is composed of mostly random buffoons who have no knowledge of building design and hence the prizes has no credibility. Its akin to trash collector in Nobel award selection committee making award for physics. Architecture is a more a humanities degree than anything. Almost all top tier us college or university do not offer this degree for a reason. Harvard graduate design school has lot of people from second, third rate undergraduate schools because most kid smart enough to get into top tier undergrad schools are too intelligent to get into this non technical profession.
