Olive - the supermom!! I just checked to see how she was doing yesterday, after not visiting very much over the summer, and now here she is, already having laid her first egg! She is amazing & so pretty.

Well that looked like a tough labor for our beautiful Olive. 😢 Her hard work always pays off for her precious babies and for us to see the entire egg to fledgling process. Thank you little birdie. ❤❤❤

It's not unusual to lay this early temps have been low and olive has been working on her nest for about 4 weeks already (Oct) ❤ wishing her all the best with this new clutch ❤

Just curious, do you know how long hummingbirds usually live?
@ontariorubyreds796522 күн бұрын
@gypsyrhodescovers the oldest reported banded hummingbird was 10 years old 🙂, the average is 4-6 as per the "books". Olive has such a good environment that helps her thrive 🥰
