Love the hydrabalance for my dryer skin! I can't go above 8% mandelic without feeling too dry and I've been on my protocol for over a year. Cran peptide is my go to!

This line has really helped my skin over the last 3 years, as a 51 yo woman with acne for 40 years. However, the reformulations of the gentle cleanser and hydrabalance to have less actives and higher phenoxyethanol caused a relapse of major irritation. I still use other FR products but had to find a new cleanser and similar hydrating gel. Why do companies do this when customers with sensitive skin cone to rely on products to not be irritating.

So clear choice had an issue with their sunscreen not showing up with uv protection under uv light. What are your thoughts?

I have maturation arrest. If I wanted to get clear, would I need to be on the acne med? I have had a reaction to benzoyl peroxide in the past. Will I be able to get clear without it?

That depends on your skin type and condition. I have not tried that cleanser. It appears to have beads and salicylic and parfum.

Hi Kristy, if you are using Acne Med at night the protocol is to apply Hydrabalance, let it dry, and apply Acne Med. You do not put on any other moisturizer or it will interfere with the Acne Med.

Hi there, I just purchased a few products from the line and have a few questions I hope you can help! I heard it’s best not to use other brands while using this brand. Is this true when it comes to sunscreen? Or is it just a general recommendation Are there barrier repairing/protective ingredients with the hydra balance gel and/or clear derma moisturizer? I am wondering if I should be using a separate barrier repair cream before the moisturizer. Thank you! Any response helps

Don’t use other correctives, such as acids. Folllow the Face Reality protocols. You can use other moisturizers and SPF but they must be acne safe.
