I had the same thoughts as you, when I pre-orderd this figure I was reluctant, but being a huge grendizer fan I thought why not own a fewture grendizer as this would be the only time fewture would make a grendizer (being not as popular in Japan as Mazinger) but when I got it I was blown off and all I said was WOW WOW WOW, thank you for such a great and funny review you did crack me up (as always) 👍👍😂😂.

Beautiful figure! Great review. I am enjoying it through your review because I'm simply priced out of Fewture toys :( I do have the Fewture 1901 Mazinger Z and Aflodai in anime colors and I love the design of those figures I just wished they were diecast. If they were re-released in diecast that would be amazing. Again, thanks for the review!

My Dizer arrived last week and my feels are largely the same as yours on the figure. I kinda hated the design when seeing it still shots, but after having it in my hands enjoyed it much more. I also was kinda disappointed with the lack of removable face, but then I felt that unlike the Getter's at least and even the Maze's the combo of the Metal looking protection grid and the Cock pit it self gave the allusion of the inner face so I wasn't to upset. The accessories are nice, but I do wish it had more and I hope that they fix this with the Spazer should they release it. Great review over all.

Excellent review! It was so hard not to bust out laughing while watching it at work. If Fewture figures have major quality issues why do you or other keep buying them? Just wondering what the draw is. I have two Metal Build Gundams and have a third on pre-order (so excited for that bugger to be released) because I really enjoy the build quality. But if they had the same problems I don't think I would get them. Keep up the great reviews!!

Good question. They are great figures overall. The issues dont outweight the positives. If the figure fell apart, broke easily etc, I would stay away. As it is, its mostly cosmetic issues that are annoying due to the pricetag, but much better to deal with it than to not own what is otherwise a great collectible.

RocketPunchArmy It seems there quality has improved from one release to another. I remember when they did Shin Getter 1 and that figure had so many issues. Broken wings, joints weren't tight enough to hold the weapons or itself. This looks like a vast improvement. And the amount of diecast they put in Grendizer is awesome, that would be a big selling point to me if that did a robot I really like.

GeneralRasp This is probably the best out of all the figures I have from Fewture. They really just need to be more careful with the paint. They seems to invest all the time on the design and then rush finishing the figure.

Also double spaizer must be pushed all the way in till its snug And it's a pain to com off so make sure u wanna display it like this or no before attaching it

Yea it goes all the way in till you hear a click The fit is so tight that's why the plastic protector is included But once it's in You can even left the whole grebdizeer by holding the double spaizer To remove : First detach the wings Then pull hard till it pops off

Hey Chachi, on that Mazinger foot and butt.. take some 2000 grit sandpaper and water to that.. it will get cloudy looking.. then hit it with auto polishing compound and a fine cotton cloth .. it will shine right back up.

Thats exactly what i did with poseidon...but why oh why do i have to finish these myself? Its obvious that they just slap thick paint on and then sand buff etc. They just forgot those parts I guess

Gloomshadow100 yeah, I give em crap cause of the price but I know low runs leave very little room for the luxury of "grabbing another piece" which bigger manufacturers have. I know just because its more expensive doesnt mean it has the same built-in qc budget of high run figures. If this was so, then they would probably cost more than they already do.

Fantastic review!!! My heart was in my throat when the wing back fell off. I thought for sure it was going to break or be scratched to hell. Once again you've enlightened me to a fantastic figure I can't really afford yet simply must have. Damn shame about the QC issues though especially for the price these command. One question if I may? One of my favorite series is Evangelion! Now I own most of the Soul Of Chogokin Eva's however I recently came across the RAH or Real Action Hero Eva's. These look amazing but command very high prices. I was just wondering if you've ever handled any of these and what your impression was before I drop the coin on them. As always thanks for the review and keep up the great work!!!

Toy Man 1976 The first time it fell it ripped a hole in my review background but no damage. The second time it fell I was standing up and it fell on top of the box that was on the floor! It did leave paint on the box but it didnt wear off enough for it to show on figure

Maybe I didnt push in far enough but twice its fallen. In the video where it pierced my review area and seco d time I picked him up and turned him over and it fell on top of box and dented it. No damage to spazer though

that look pure bad ass ness all over looks great will need to watch some anime from mazinger Z to learn more of the new guys because I'm digging a lot those figures. like i commend on facebook about my new mazinger Z 40th anniversary that think is awesome would love to get more of this guys will definitely get the girl and the fat guy and well lets see if I get more later on, felling the diecast and carrying a figure with that wait it makes you fell very good on spending some couple of extra bucks definitely worth it. I have on idea for your reviews just because they are heavy figures you can weight the figures. Oh man the flyer thing on this guy looks awesome and those weapons making look like a real robot killer, oh glider fall down dam, Oh and Im seen the manufacture QC with your Mazinga. Great review! About the problem of the neck, i have the same problem. Also the system to insert the double spazer into the back of Grendizer, is a shit. It falls down without touching, and my double speazer broke a bit in the corner T_T. Good figure but doesn't worh the high price.

The spazer will stay very securely in place but you have to push in hard until it clicks...then it is very difficult to take out.

+Ahmad Al-khateeb I dont own it but Ive heard there are a few issues. Some were fine and other were horrible. If another company picks up the molds from CMs to do a reissue, I would wait for that. So far Dica models has releases Gordian and Goshogun which were previously released as CMs Brave Gokin Figures

Double Spazer was piloted by Koji Kabuto after his TFO was destroyed. I like the figure but I cant get over the lower legs.. its just too far out of character for me... looks like a great figure though.

Impossible Pie Its technically like a $350 or so figure, what makes it expensive is the shipping and the markup because its an overseas release, but it still should be a bit better. This figure is possibly the best Fewture figure I have along with the Getter Trio which had issues but overall were real nice

Why do people buy Lamborghinis and Ferraris yet know nothing about their heritage or accomplishments? You dont have to watch an anime to enjoy the design of something.
