This video makes me appreciate drake so much. He may not be the most “authentic” or deep lyricist, but I admire that he knows what lane he wants to stay in - the business and performance element. I also appreciate that he talks about working with other writers here… I think greatness as a party of one is so overrated, and even better work (esp when we’re stuck in our own mind) happens with others. Just look at Bruno and Anderson. Loved hearing his mentality, he seems a lot more business savvy and kind than people give him credit for. Thanks for this video!
