In this video, Protoculture's checking out Arturia's new Efx Fragments plugin - a granular processor multi-effects plugin that can create glitchy stutters, grainy stereo ambience, experimental textures, and beyond.
Aimed at making granular synthesis more accessible thanks to its clever visuals and user interface, Efx Fragments can go from absolute chaos to beautiful ambience and everything in between when using this plugin.

This really seems like a great plugin. Arturia normally creates a batch of three fx plugins, -so it'll be interesting to see what's in store for the next two. Great intro to fragments BTW. Thanks.

Finally a plugin that comes close to the Microcosm pedal! :D

Silo is pretty close also. The texture mode on this one is what puts it ahead and definitely keeps you from having to buy Microcosm. I wish someone would make a Blooper plugin now:)

About that multi-effect, I guess that's why it's called _Efx Fragments. I go by the title on the website, hence the _. Anyhow, I got this in my FX Collection, an upgrade for < € 99 during the sale for owners of the V-Collection, so yeah. Still exploring it, hence watching this.
