@@karmaindustrie late answer but i'll answer anyways - if you have low bandwith 60 fps is basicly double the amount of data that you need to download as for 30fps. This beeing an tutorial and not a movie or game scene, 60fps isnt really needed. Yes you could lower resolution but that makes reading hard and KZbin only allows 720/1080p@60fps and there is no option for watching in 30 i think.
