Dear Vignesh Ahaha,vow, no more words. I am a diehard fan of masala dosai. Here in hyderabad a street vendor at Secunderabad Diamond point in front of DELHI public school make varieties of dosas, paneer, greens, cheese ect worth trying. But I tried your recipe and I swear nothing can come near to it’s taste and appeal. Hats off to you for bringing the traditional taste to every door step. All the people who are cribbing about maida not being healthy- am sure you have never ever eaten a pizza or bread or cake or most biscuits (where maida is the only flour).Those also have many preservatives. Here maida is only one of the flours - amount of maida will be less per serving.And you are not going to eat this everyday.Thanks Vignesh for sharing a wonderful recipe and the people at this restaurant who were willing to share their secret recipes in such detail.
