Yeah. Ur idly batter method came out superb. We are staying in Chicago n it took almost a day to ferment n come to the desired capacity. But the form of idly was divine n awesome Resturant feel. Me n my kids loved it.

This is the receipe I was looking for. In many videos they use potatoes three times than onion. You use equal quantities. This brings taste. And using water to boil onions is perfect. Others just caramelize the onion. Thank you so much for the video. Spreading the batter on tawa is beautiful. And presentation is too good.

Bhat sir, thank you for your wonderful videos, I have been cooking for almost 30 years and I am happy to learn the fine nuances from you to improve my cooking. Generally I use cast iron pots and pan as it is my preference. I will add little sugar for caramelized effect on dosas. I have tried many of your recipes, all turned out well. Thank you 🙏🏼
