Arvia Transatlantic..Tortola rainforest., Terror on the high seas and Gareth Gates

Hi and welcome to thenext vlog on this adventure where we take the wonderful P&O Arvia from Southampton UK all the way over to the Caribbean, stopping at Gran Canaria, Tortola, St Kitts, Martinique on the way before finishing at Barbados.
In this video we arrive at sunrise in the Caribbean to the island of Tortola where we experience a bone shaking journey to the Rainforest, navigate our way around the slippery paths to a 300 year old fig tree and eventually relax on the white sands of Cane Garden Bay beach. When we return to the ship we traverse the High Ropes adventure course on top of the ship and end the evening once we have recovered in the company of Gareth Gates

We saw the rope ladder neither of us likes heights much so decided we would go for the golf instead that was brilliant. We were on when you were too

Oh, what an episode that was. That climb was mecca, well done, just home from Azura and had lovely weather, but that buffet is ridiculous, would never go on that ship again, great video.

Hi Marc, hopefully the 'compact' buffet didn't spoil the actual trip for you though...it was ceratinly the on something we were disappointed in. re the High Ropes in the video, Alison has just about got over it! 😂 We'll probably drop the entire footage over Xmas as a little extra for everyone to laugh at our expense!

@AgelessCuriosity na we had a great time, but the dining side is not for us as even the main dining room a 2 seater is more like having dinner with 12 as it's only separated slightly, we like out own space 😀 😄 Beach House was excellent, though. Have a great one.

Cane garden bay area used to be a quiet stretch of the islands many beaches, shame it is now a tourist mecca. See the bad driving hasn't changed or dodgy looking open sided tourist buses in 30 some thing years. Wonder if Pussers landing which I managed for a while still survives, famous for Pussers rum and the rum factory. health and safety in the BVI still non existent I see. 🤣🤣🤣ST.Kitts a small wonderfull island
