Justice Lokur objectively examines every aspect of how legislation should be applied, avoiding unjust application or as a weapon against Kejriwal to his detriment. The scope of the Enforcement Directorate's suspicions and presumptions, lacking supporting reasons, is void. Kejriwal is lawfully entitled to defend himself against these suspicions. The notion of constitutional morality regarding resignation is not binding, especially given the flawed enforcement of legislation against the defendant. Technically, Much like in US constitution, The Indian Constitution also gives an accused person The Right to remain Silent. So ED can't force Kejri to make confession. It is ED's job to investigate and bring evidence.

CJI himself said the opinion of any retired judge has no value ( of course he didn't say its garbage 😅) .. second thing is Rajdeep support is always for the criminal political leaders whether its kejriwal or Rahul gandhi...
