Arwen with the Isengard trio works really good for guild campaign as well, even though my Rohan team is about 2-3k stronger, Arwen/Isengard consistently get through tougher stages with everyone alive

You definitely need to invest a lot into her, but she pays off when you do. I swapped out Pippin on my Rohan team for her and she's boosted the team considerably.

She’s definitely solid, and I can imagine her being a lot better early on with a mass dispel and nimble to help get stars on tough missions. She definitely needs elves though to go from B tier to A or even S though

So my character reviews prioritize the individual character's viability, but I do take the team into account as well. Even with a Rivendell team. I think others on the squad would overshadow her, and her plug and play viability would still have many questions.

I’ve noticed a lot of the elves have a high focus stat. Seems weird for a faction that doesn’t apply any debuffs. Kinda wasted on them

Lomion and Arwen don't really need Focus, so it's especially odd to see her have such a high stat. The rest do have some solid debuffs in their kits, so I understand why they at least have high Focus.

Marquee characters are often hit and miss in SWGoH, mostly miss. They are not legendarys, just normal characters, team members. Once in a while you get a OP one but in SWGoH that's like 1 in 10 or so Marquees, so I expect HOME to be similar. Its Elrond that will be 1st OP character.

I just don’t think it’s fair to do a video like this without her respective team complete. She is obviously not a plug and play character but she will be much stronger on that full Rivendell team

I think it's totally fair. She will shine in a Rivendell team, but that will absolutely require elrond, which not many will unlock on his first pass. She has issues with her viability outside of that Rivendell team that won't change unless they decide to suddenly buff her overall kit. Keep in mind this is a review of the character, not a team. If she struggles to find a place outside of a Rivendell team, having the full squad present won't change that.
