Zeera water at empty stomach Breakfast, 1 bran bread n 1 boil egg Lunch ,12 tbsp fried rice,dinner ,half roti with salan without oil ,,before bed detox tea ,,2 cup water in patila ,now add zeera,ajwain,sounf,darchini each 1 teaspoon,boil water ,water 1 cup remain ,drink the tea

Adding one slice of brown or multi grain bread does not hurt. One choti si roti at night does not hurt. Obviously before 7 o clock. Add oats for lunch. Give your body enough energy with right things. Hr cheez chor kr kum nhi hota. Diet takes time lekin hojata ha kum

Eating these carbs do nothing 4 ur body apart 4m raising insulin level ..they r nt good, nd omitting them 4m ur diet def makes u loose fat quickly U can get energy 4m complex carbs that r released slowly into ur blood stream like vegetable nd fruits..nd they r packed with loads of nutrients md minerals 4 ur body

Salt is very very important for your body.Sri Devi the Indian actress would never take salt and she used to faint and her blood pressure would drop.Thats exactly what happened to her when she fainted and died in bath tub.This info was given by her family members.Dont take too much but salt is as important as potassium,magnesium and other minerals.

Drinking lemon removes enamel from teeth and it is better to sip it with the straw. After drinking should rinse the mouth. In regards to not having wholemeal bread is incorrect. According the the Dietitian in breaks at should have omelette with 1 slice of bread, green vegetables. Omelette to be cooked in Olive oil and not ghee. Everyone tries to be dietitian in the show rather than having any qualification.

This sounds like a very restrictive diet. Glucose is a big culprit but when you stop all carbs, you lose weight but it’s a lot of water weight rather than true fat loss, especially in early weeks. The solution is to ditch all ultra processed foods, eat diverse 30 plants per week, stop all toxic oils and cut down refined highly processed flours. Sourdough is better and flours like rye is good. Also intermittent fasting with 8 hours eating window & 16 hours fast has been shown to be effective in the biggest UK study. Furthermore if perimenopausal or menopausal women continue with this kind of restriction they will end up with further depletion of oestrogen and progesterone. We need more education how to eat so that our hormones do not drop. Oestrogen likes restricting carb days and fasts whereas progesterone needs carbs with no fasting days. Even more, such diets will cause bone thinning (osteopenia) and predispose to osteoporosis. Please be careful what tips you are giving viewers as they will cause deficiencies and long term problems too.

Iska matlab hy k wo peson ki khatir jhooti mash-hoori kr rhi thin . banda inki konsi baat pr yakeen kry. My to fitnessClub ka plan leny lagi thi un ki vedio dekh k. Jo k 45k per month hy...
