After, usually players do it for post-match body conditioning

Almost every player will ride a stationary bike after their match, win or lose. It's important after loading your muscles to slowly let them relax and release some of the lactic acid build up, helps to reduce soreness and muscle fatigue when playing so many matches in a row.

@@Zamzummin I played pro football when I was younger so yea it makes sense, after training you would do a couple of laps of running slow intensity with some stretching in youth academies but I didn't know tennis players do it also 🙂

brain8484 She literally ditched Pere Riba because he didn’t serve anything purposive to her development and now you want her to pull an Emma? 😆 Ever since she started working with Brad Gilbert, she’s had 24-4 by the end of the 2023 and she has a 10-1 record to launch her 2024 campaign.
