Aryna was the best player during the 2024 season with 2 GS titles. Pegula and Muchova were the most improved players during the 2024 US Open. Alcaraz will be the best this year, Alcaraz with 2 GS, AND an Olympic medal. Novak with a Gold Medal, wrote his name as the GOat this time.

Only in Grand slams. Iga is the more consistent player in the other tournaments and has better winning %. But Sabalenka is definitely the 2nd best of the season.

@@robbyten100i don't reject the fact that Sabalenka is better and more consistent than Swiatek in Grand slams. But tennis isn't only Grand slams, there are ATP and WTA tournaments too... And in the WTA tournaments Swiatek is the more consistent player, which is the reason to be the player with more weeks at no.1 (and to stay currently on the top), more titles (at general) etc.

Never liked her. She uses her grunts and screams as offensive weapons! I could understand if she is fatiguing, but she doesn’t grunt all the time. Most of her opponents don’t rarely grunt at all! I’d complain to the chair umpire if I had to endure hearing that during key points!!
