So if retrospective is done after the next sprint planning what are you retrospecting on if you have already started the next sprint?

@swiss Retrospective is a relentless improvement strategy rather than a sprint improvement strategy. If improvement items from the retrospective are added to the backlog they are added as improvement watch not as story points.

They Serve their team. Scrum Masters have no managerial roles or powers. They Serve their Teams by using the Scrum Framework.
