Yes, phagocytosis is a non-specific response since it does not target specific pathogens. Rather, it engulfs anything that has a foreign antigen.

so a B cell does not work without T cell ? so B cells are pretty much phagocytes which form APC but don't do anything unless Th with specific receptor bind which activates B cell form antibodies ????

Yes! But keep in mind that this is simplification for A-level, the actual immune system is a lot more complicated (in a wonderful way)!
