Another great adventure, thanks! I was in the Navy and did a 6 month deployment on a ship from San Diego to the Persian Gulf. Sorry that you had to cut your Baja trip short and to hear about your family emergency! I really enjoy your truck/camper adventures and hope that you can continue them! I think that your camper repair will be a fairly easy fix once you get back to NC. With your long distance driving prowess and sense of adventure, you and Elisabeth ought to sign on as an OTR truck driver team. Companies are paying big sign-on bonuses and will train you! Years ago I had a trucking company and hauled time sensitive freight. The only way to expedite the delivery was with driving teams. They made a ton of money and ran all 48 states and Canada. Teams are especially effective when they get along as good as you guys do! Would make some awesome video content - eh!

Barley can do so much! Sweet and savory options and it's inexpensive even these days. Rich in fiber, etc but most importantly it tastes great and versatile. I love it for "porridge" and for soups and pilaf with beef and beef broth it's awesome! Ice cream from the trucks these days *is more expensive than we remember but nice for a nostalgic treat. I love that you guys are cost conscious and conservative with spending and I believe you are genuine people that I'd love to know outside of YT. I just found you guys. Then I watched your last sixteen videos and subscribed because your videos provide good content and are entertaining. You did show up in my recommended viewing list so adding the RV may be helping with the algorithm. FYI, I’ve watched many videos on that other channel you mention often as your main competitor. Honestly you guys are funnier, smarter and at least one of you are prettier. Your content is interesting and I will recommend you to friends. I’m the polar opposite of Chris on the political spectrum but I won’t let his occasional diatribes prevent me from watching. As for the camper, remember you rebuilt the F250 so with the help of friends you can figure out how to repair the camper once you get if off the truck. All RVs break and break a lot. If you continue with the RV you’ll have to expect problems both small and big. Keep hope alive and I hope to see a new video soon.

I was never in the Military, but with an Aviation background I would lean towards the Air Force for sure. The Space Force might be an option too! I have no idea why your channel has not caught on more than it has. There are LOTS of creators that do so much better and are not nearly as good or interesting as yours. I think low budget no frills camping is gonna be a necessity as the economy tanks and your style might draw more over time. Fishing and eating what ya catch it seems would be popular to folks as well More Swim Suit Shots would surely not hurt either! Hang in there

Smart egress from Mexico... there's just too much "rock bottom" potential there currently. My son just got back from the area where you are on the beach and he loved it as well. The military has changed so much that it's hard for me to even think what your best option would be... as an old retired USAF guy that's where my heart is but I suspect you guys will do just fine regardless. Military Service: Chris, It doesn't matter the branch- it matters what you want TO DO....while serving. That you WANT....to serve. As you know Chris- it's a whole different world. The 1%'ers. ALSO: That Elizabeth- wants to "serve"....your career, etc. Spouses and partners are integral to a great experience. Don't do it for an enlistment bonu$ or just a paycheck- it's much bigger. And HARDER. If you pick the right MOS....Uncle Sam can pay for the training that you can use in the civilian world later. I have another family member who just finished his Masters in Cyber Security, USAF. A recent poll stated the #1 reason people don't want to serve is....fear of getting killed or maimed. Seriously. But what most non-military don't acknowledge is....the tip of the spear is very small, a minority; so there are plenty of occupational specialties that almost guarantee safety. Pick ONE. But......IF being a bad-ass is on your list, consider the USAF "JTAC" position: a ground-based aviation asset- directing aircraft on fixed airstrikes. You're like a SEAL....forward operating, disruptive, tactical, but without the water component. You get to jump out of a/c, do HALO jumps, and fight the bad guys with Lasers (target designators). You're part of a team, but often working solo. The job MATTERS....to the boots on the ground and guys/gals in CAS orbits above. ps: If you have a college degree already, you can start as an officer in any branch of the services; that facet alone= greater pay.
