We had a fun 4th of July with our family. We had been warned that our neighborhood celebrates it at ANOTHER LEVEL. And they weren't joking!

I've spent so many 4ths in Lincoln since we moved to Texas in 97, they are the best! My grandparents just moved to a retirement home from their neighborhood off of 84th Street and I will miss and cherish the family time we had at the end of their driveway each year, at least we can still go on top of saint E's hospital to watch the big ones! Hope y'all had a great holiday!

Looks like a lovely spread for dinner. I love the fireworks, my great grandfather owned a fireworks company so the Fourth of July was always a huge deal at our house. My dad why was the king of the neighborhood. However, he was very safety cautious. Love your family!💕

I have family in Omaha and spent the 4th there once....the ground literally rumbled non-stop for hours and hours. The sky was bright! It was amazing! I've never seen so many fireworks and flags. Love the Midwest and miss it lots. Thanks for making me feel like home for awhile.

Wow, everything looked wonderful. Spending time with family and friends are what matters the most. You definitely live in a cool neighborhood. Looks just like Hawaii on the New Years Eve. WE usually hang those long strings on poles and then let them light up. It's a cultural thing in Hawaii Looks like you all had a real fun time.

Me my kiddos was their too the news tell the truth and a lie they're was shooting and stabbing I saw blood on the ground I lost both kids my oldest the crowd bum rush us a stranger helped me fine my two oldest . Chicago downtown is overrated I luv the suburbs more. Goods news we are blessed God on my side we are alive I have all my girls find my flip-flops my stroller security bless my daughter with more shoes Giordano's blessed with two pizzas and cheesy bread CTA was letting me ride for free all the way home that day go to KZbin Chicago and Navy Pier on the 4 th God bless to all & take care

Oh my goodness. Awesome. I love to watch...especialy Roman candles, but I am too much of a tightwad to buy fireworks. In my area, fireworks are from about July 1st through about the 5th or 6th. The cheesecake looked yummy.
