Even if you have something.. the plan is the same. Your body Knows how to Heal itself..if you just Believe and Let your body do the work. You just need to Believe and Support the Healing. I am 79 and my back has never hurt a second in my entire life. I have a Marvelous back..but I got other stuff! But I still Believe I Can be Okay! I got much Tension but I Will get Better! 😊❤

I saw somewhere that fear is a coward, if you confront it, it will run away. Run from it, and it chases you.

Oh, Dan such a sweet place. So very happy you are in your zen place. ❤️I’ll be at the Jersey shore later on this summer. 😊 for those of us who have been told we have arthritis: A study came out about a year ago from the University of Texas on knee and hip arthritis. They found that catastrophic thinking, and kiniseophobia (fear of movement) contributed more to pain and physical limitations than pathological or anatomical factors. That’s good news! That’s accurate knowledge (as Dan would say!) love and peace to all 🌸

Dan my husband has two herniated discs in his neck and 90% osteoarthritis in his spine, he says that this has never hurt him, he found out about these diagnoses because he retires very soon from the army, and he needed to have many tests done. Another thing, in 2008 he had a foot accident in Afghanistan due to a leg-breaker mine that was very deep in the ground, they reconstructed his foot, it hasn't hurt either.

You are doing amazing work Dan. You always seem to touch on a point or question that I'm thinking of and I'm sure that's the case for many others. I expect my moaning in recent comments about my structural throat restriction/cartilage issue also led to you mentioning "throat restriction" in this video, which I appreciate. I'm trying to not react to my throat and relax about the issue. But as it's something that has to be done, many times through the day (swallowing), and it literally feels like something is being compressed in my throat/neck every time I swallow, I still don't really see how I can accept the throat as it is, as it's distressing enough in itself, before we get into all of the other symptoms, which I can more easily accept are likely TMS as they are not structural and can change. It's as though I have to accept and forget about a real abnormality and broken swallow structure/mechanism. I feel very stuck. Just like my throat cartilage!

How come that a conscious decision to believe that it is TMS does work, whereas a conscious decision to not be afraid anymore, doesn't? What is the difference between conscious decisions?

Hold on... A couple years ago I was in front of my surgeon unable to stand or walk. "You are having surgery!" he said. Ordered an MRI. But it was clear! NO surgery. In many cases the imaging CONFIRMS its TMS. Imaging can offer relief and belief. A better video would be: "As long as you believe you will get better, you will ."

Thank you for this helpful video ! Does gut flora testing fall in the same category as MRIs ? I believe it is hard, not to say impossible, to reverse gut flora imbalances with mindset only, even if it may be caused by stress and worry in the first place..

Hi Dan, Do you have tips for people with auto-immune diseases? I have Crohns disease and I believe many or most of my symptoms are TMS but some are really related to Crohns. This makes it really hard for me to let go of the fear and truly believe there's nothing wrong with me. Thank you for your videos!

@Lori McNamara So sorry to hear of your pain and medical issues. It's so hard to distinguish which symptoms are related to it and which can be solved with TMS-work.. But still worth to try. I hope it works out for you! Thankyou

Thanks for taking us to the lake with you! Lovely. Can I apply the same concept to my food sensitivity blood tests as you do to the MRI or scan or ultrasound? The results “tell” me that I’m highly sensitive to wheat, diary and eggs. I want to ignore the big red numbers and believe I’m ok. I need to revisit some of the IBS success stories because I’m not quite sure how to go about it and I still can get symptoms when I eat those things. I think I’m still fearful of the symptoms. Seems like the best thing to do is calm myself and believe I can get over this since I’ve seen others get over it!
