I am glad to see that such important and valuable topics are now being discussed.I congratulate you saabi sir navtej athwal sir navinjit sir for making this video. Such videos are eye-opening for our young generation , makes our community to think beyond a certain level. We as community very much stuck with obsolete ideas and need to adopt smarter and more relevant to present scenario ideas. Today world is shifting from hard worker to smart worker. We as punjabi dont put enough weigtable to that. A transition is very much required to shift our focus to upcoming fields where we can make careers. In my life of 23 year i have never being in punjab for more than 1 month because of my father job I have done most of my education im big cities. New delhi bangalore south india mumbai i have lived in all these places and currently in bangalore. I have noticed great difference in thought process between our community and other communities. i was never able to relate myself to my cousins and relatives i always use to tell them the sucess stories ,other side of world where i live why people over there are far well settled and successful despite living in india.but the sense less obsession to foriegn country what i have seen from them. They never though to plan their career and futures. intentionally they never focused on studying.they didn't have plans to become engineers , CA ,MBA, IAS officer and other profession. For them landing in foriegn country is what sucess is career is. Which is not truth. I am happy to see that you raised such as great topic and adressed it very well I hope people will understand that country wouldn't make successful. it is you who will make success for yourself
