Linda, I LOVED your video with Meg. As an only child your life is like a dream to me. Having a best friend that is your sister would have been a dream come true for me. This segment kept a smile on my face throughout. You are so blessed to have your close knit large family. I would love more videos like this. Meg is such an amazing accomplished person.❤️

I enjoyed the video so much! How lucky you are to have each other and your family. I'm a nurse and appreciated Meg's thoughts on the profession and especially the difficulty of nursing school and her efforts to improve that. What a remarkable goal!! I have six sisters and a brother, love art and gardening I'd love to see Meg's French garden and how she and her husband created that. Thank you ladies 🩷

Linda as a mom to 10 children I found this video so much fun. I only had one brother so the large family dynamic is so interesting even to me. I always tell our children that the greatest gift Dad and I will leave them is their siblings. They are now in their 20s to 40 and this has proven so true. It was fun to see the similarities between my children and you and your siblings. They are all close and help each other out including the older ones helping their younger siblings while in college. They all have worked their way through college ….the youngest is still in college. Unbeknownst to me one older sibling …she is a Physician Assistant…would often send cash to help the college kids out. The younger kids loved to get in bed with their older sisters. Just like you had we have a fair number of bedrooms. Our #8 when he was in the 3-5 age would sneak down the hall to the girls room to sleep with his older sister ….unfortunately he had a tendency to wet the bed! They were talking about it the other day how she’d have to strip the bed and give him a bath!! That little boy is out of college now married with a baby on the way. He was playing b-ball last week and was hit in the mouth and broke his front tooth. His two older brothers knowing he is young (24) with a baby coming offered to help pay for his tooth repair. Luckily he works for the Dept. of Intelligence so he has good insurance but I was just amazed watching the care his brothers had for him. There are more similarities but I will end here. Great video and such a blessing to get a glimpse of your family. No family is perfect and large families are no different. I often tell people the relationship dynamics can be overwhelming because it’s not just 10 ….one for each kid but it’s also each kid with each sibling so it’s more like 100 relationships to navigate😵‍💫 And since most of this navigating tends to get done around the kitchen table it can be quite loud! You are a blessed lady🙂

OMG! I'm almost 75 yrs old and I can't tell you how much I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this video chat with your "little sister"!! SO much fun to see the loving banter at the end! LOL "Not how I remember it!!!" 😂🤣 I'm the youngest sister in my family, so that really struck a cord with me! Love you Meg! I've always found it so interesting to hear about how and why people do what they do, and the journey of their life it took to get there. Everyone has a story as they say. YES please....definitely more chats like this with your siblings! Wonderful, very interesting, and entertaining video. 😊

Loved meeting your beautiful sister Linda! I have 3 sisters and remember when 3 of us older sisters were in our long bathroom with the huge mirror before my older sisters wedding. We were plucking our eyebrows as our youngest sister age 10 was looking on. An hour or so later our youngest sister exited the bathroom by herself and we all thought she looks so strange. Then I realized she had gone in (remember just before the wedding) plucked out ALL of her eyelashes!!! We grew up in an East central town in IL not far from Terre Haute, IN.

How lucky you both are and thanks for sharing. My sister, Pat, had a devastating stroke shortly after our Mom died. She is paralyzed and doesn’t really accept visitors, even family. My heart breaks for her and I miss her so. My son has always said his favorite sound is my sister and I laughing. It was always silly and crazy and that silent Muttley laughing. Family members would say, “Uh oh, here they go!” They would all eventually start laughing. So blessed by your sweet sharing. ❤️
