recipe of tomato omelette
or veg omelette for breakfast.
It is very simple and tasty

Ingredients:
. 1 Cup chick pea flour
. 1/4 cup thin semolina
(suji)
. 2 medium sized chopped tomato
. 1 medium sized chopped onion
. 2-3 chopped green chillies
. 8-9 garlic cloves
. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
. salt as per taste
. Red chilly powder as per taste
. chopped coriander leaves
. oil
. 1 & 1/2 cup water
Method :
. Transfer Garlic cloves and 1/2 amount
of chopped tomato in mixture jar
and grind for fine puree.
. Take chickpea flour and semolina
in a bowl.
. Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder
cumin seeds,chopped green chillies,
coriander leaves,salt,onion,chopped tomato
and tomato puree.
mix it well.
. Step by step add water and prepare
a medium thick batter
. Cover this batter for 10-15 minutes
and allow to rest it.
. After 15 minutes check consistency
of batter if it is more thicker then add
little water and mix it.
. Heat a nonstick tawa and spread
little oil.
. Add some batter at the center of tawa
and spread it quickly in round shape
omelette.
. Allow to roast omelette on medium-low flame
by spreading little oil from both sides..
. When brown spots appers on surface
and omelette becomes crispy transfer
it in serving plate.
.Tomato omelette is ready
enjoy hot with any chutney.
. You can also enjoy it in between
2 bread slices as a bread omelette.
