More bonkers content from 1988. If you’ve seen any of my vintage videos, you’ll know the sort of thing to expect.

I love the vintage feel, it’s like a window to the past. Great content! Also if I may be so forward, you were extremely attractive! (Not that you aren’t anymore)

I can’t believe you tipped a mug of coffee (with milk!) on your mother’s carpet! 😱

Always the showman, Roger 😊 Did all the cloth Hoover uprights have inner bags? My sister used to clean the offices at GUS home shopping catalogue in 1979 and they had no paper bags. You just took off a slider thing from the bottom of the cloth bag and emptied it out. It was filled with dust and fluff and not a filter in sight.

Most of the domestic Hoover uprights with a cloth bag had an inner disposable paper bag from 1955. Commercial Hoover upright vacuums had cloth shake out bags for many years into the 1980s, though some models had the option of a paper inner bag.

This is actually really cool to see. Seems like you wanted to be a youtuber back then. Your personality and voice are exactly the same. My mum would of been 6 years old when you made this video 🤯 and im 22 years old now

KZbin and the internet for the general public didn’t exist in 1988.

@RogersBitsDoings I know I think youtube came out in 2006. Seeing you in both time periods make you look like a time traveller

We're you straight in these days Roger?

What? One is either straight or gay. The preservation of one’s human dignity demands his sovereign disposition in those matters.
