Village environment is full of WILD ANIMALS.. During monsoon there is threat of Flood or Landslide.. Kerala design is no longer valid. Be practical when a house is designed. If Mr. Perunthachhan was living now, he would have advised the same.

ലൊക്കേഷൻ അടിപൊളി ; വീട് മനോഹരം . പക്ഷെ ഈ വീട് കണ്ടമ്പറി ആക്കി ഡിസൈൻ ചെയ്തു, താഴെ നിലയിൽ കാര്യമായി ഒന്നും പണിയാതെ, ഒന്നാം നിലയിൽ പണിത് ; അതിന്മുകളിലെ ടെറസ് ഒരു വലിയ വ്യൂ പോയിന്റ് ആക്കി ചെയ്തെങ്കിൽ നന്നായേനെ... ടെറസിൽ സോളാർ വയ്ക്കാൻ സ്ഥാലം വിടണം ; കാരണo നാട്ടിന്പുറത്തു എപ്പോഴും വൈധ്യുതി ഉണ്ടാവില്ല.. താഴത്തെ നിലയിൽ കാർ പോർച് ഷട്ടർ പിടിപ്പിച്ചു സേഫ് ആക്കണം... ഇതൊക്കെ ചെയുന്നത് വന്യമൃഗ ആക്രമണങ്ങളിനിന്നു രക്ഷപെട്ടു സ്വസ്ഥമായി ജീവിക്കാൻ..
