Haldirams and other sweet shops give very tempting green chilli with chole bhature. They aren’t fried. Some shops also sell them in a packet for 30-20rs. Please get hold of some sweet shop that can show how to make those green chillies.

I watched more more then 20 video of many well known chefs. But No one explained as good as you. This is the best tutorial video about kulcha. Kulche Made in home kitchen while maintaining such a higher standard of Hygiene for Rs139/- for 2 in Delhi & NCR is unbelievable. Aunty at least Rs179/- kar lo aap.
