Try this combination of Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose) and Uddhhyana Bandha Kriya (Belly Flying Up Gesture).
Prepare your set up at the wall. Hike your pelvis all the way back to the wall. Bring your heels all the back to your pelvis. And then add the following elements.
1) Place support under your seat in order to more easily attain a neutral pelvis and to position your upper body slightly forward of the vertical axis.
2) Place support between your knees and the ground. Do this in order push down strongly against resistance from your legs.
3) Place a rolled towel between your upper back and the wall. Do this in order to remain forward and to push your upper back into the support-increase your power to hollow your belly.
Now you have created a souped-up hot rod version of Bound Angle Pose and you are ready to go fishing for the elusive, rare and famous catch known as Uddhyana Bandha! The key to success is to be fully present and ready for the belly hollowing gesture at the exact moment of flushing your lungs.
In the gap between breathing out and in perform the following chain of actions in rapid fire sequence:
1) hollow your belly back
2) strike down with your hands
3) lift up your abdomen, chest and spine 4) lower your forehead and gaze down the axis towards your belly.
Hold your position and continue to explore your cleaned out abdominal cavity and the entire central axis. Release your lock before inhaling.
