That chevron refinery is something else, they had a couple of bad fires in the past. The one in 2012-they set off both the om 120 siren and the asc cyclone to signal fire emergency at the refinery and also for Richmond residents to shelter in place at home because the refinery released black smoke into the surrounding community. Look it up on here bro if you want to hear the sirens going off. Just type in “ sirens going off at chevron”
