Edit: Alright, I did a bit of research, and the Lion King defender (the siren shown at 0:15) puts out around 138 decibels from 35 meters (115 feet) away. It is comparable to the Chrysler Victory Bell Siren (Yes, Chrysler did build sirens during both WW2 and the Cold War.
