I’m not bothered what it looks like as long as it does its job, which unfortunately it doesn’t. It’s foam padded and not silicon based, clearly the NHS went with the budget version and this causes the brace to slip down my leg and rub against my scar.

Some of these comments are laughable, I just had knee surgery and it works perfectly well it may not be the prettiest or best design but it works. If you are in U.K. and getting it from the NHS be grateful we even have the resources and technology to do this. It would be a 80,000 dollar bill in US or even worse you get nothing in a third world country.

he hates it because it's SH*** - worst brace i've gone through and this is the third different type i've used. The fluffy/material ones with strap support are far better than this stupid skeleton look. It's uncomfortable, pinches skin where it separates and is frankly poorly designed. I'm so annoyed the NHS has got a contract with these jokers

Im not at all happy with mine had it fitted today. Compared to the fluffy leg braces without holes/gaps in them - this is ridiculous. If i wanted to look like Robocop I'd join a comic-con event. WHY IS IT NOT FLUFFY and covering the entire portion? Its ugly and over-complicated.AND uncomfortable. pinches too much.
