I awoke to rebirth shortly after I received "the call" just before covid hit and was shown my mission to heal publically on Facebook, just to be/find myself as an example for others. I went through tests of discernment etc and my last test was about the ego and choosing the path God has for me. I never thought it would be as wonderful as it is! I remembered the love as a child and knew that this was no love I could have experienced then, since I was 11 years old. I knew I was to young that it could be from this life. It was the divine perfection of male and female love and in this moment I felt the male energy so strong. This eternal love that I was ashamed not to offer an comparable experience on earth yet. So I knew I have been retorno but I am not alone here. And be assured I searched for this love too on our beautiful blue planet, when the age for that came some years later. I lifted any stone and looked behind every tree. Of course there was it not 😂😆. Now still learning from the same love, I put my ego every morning on my left shoulder and its my ego who bows to the One Creator, as its the only way to be One. As desire is the pool of creation, the ego is from God too. But it felt alone and it is not, because it belongs to the One too, to us. So I gave my hand to the ego yesterday. It was still a child. And I told it its not longer alone and today I feel it unified with Gods will. It is a very beautiful child now, of course, its inner self shining now in Gods light and so its beautiful at the outside too. And its a beautiful cold and sunny morning 390 m above the Rhine today. This is light 😁☺🔱 and this is love 💜🔻🔺️🔥🦋☮ Thank you, for the always perfect organization and timing in my learning and remembering about light and us. I am delighted about the freedom God gives me and me to us.. Adonai to the One Creator Father and Mother God 😉😊🔺️🔻💜🔱

as i meditate ... i try to connect with the instinct by being still for about an our (branch position )with closed eyes and stillness for 1 our without thoughts by concentrate by feeling the body inside in the begening and slow breathing and pause on breathing ... in pause is the contact with the instinct ... no breath and still absolute for connection with the instinct .... breath in , breath out , pause and still ... , also before meditation to be prepear must have a peaceful mind... usualy i am doing it at night before sleep in darkness .

I have a question. Why do Bhakti yogis reject Sayuja mukti or merging with the Divine? They allege that it is more Divine to maintain individuality in order to have loving relationship with the Divine as a separate individuated unit and that merging is more for those who do not wish this loving relationship, perhaps due to feeling unworthy and that sayuja is for those who want to cease being individuals. I would like Shunyamurti's ideas on this. Anyone know? Love these talks. I have also never really understood the difference between soul and spirit and thought the soul to be immortal. Thank you.

you answered your own question in the text for the most part. It is not "more divine" to remain unmerged, but remaining individuated allows to yogi to bask in the unmitigated Divine presence of Truth. For once he has merged with it, he can no longer behold it, for he will be one with it.
