This is the first Sunday homily that has been posted and ironically enough it's what I'm going through. I'm having unwanted thoughts and feelings about my faith, in addition I've always struggled. To anyone out there who may be going through the same or perhaps a different battle, I want you to know: 1: God loves you. 2: God forgives you. 3: God will never leave or forsake you. 4: Jesus died for ALL sins and unrighteousness, the only unforgivable sins are not repenting or believing and staying that way until death. If your heart is beating, there is still hope and forgiveness available to you no matter what you have done or however many times you committed a sin. 5: Nothing can separate you from God; He is closer than you think. 6: God is for you, and He's stronger than anything you're facing. With that being said, NOTHING or no one can be against you. 7: God is infinite. God bless 😊

Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him, crying out, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is demon possessed and suffering terribly." Jesus did not answer a word. So his disciples came to him and urged him, "Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us." He answered, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel." The woman came and knelt before him. "Lord, help me!" she said. He replied, "It is not right to take the children's bread and toss it to the dogs." "Yes it is, Lord," she said. "Even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master's table." Thank You So Much for this Homily Fr. Mike. I really needed to hear this I was struggling with this to the point of tears.

This year has been the hardest in my 32 years of existence. I am jobless since January 2020, no income, depleted savings, lost a lot of money in the stock market, church wedding and trip to visit my parents overseas got cancelled, met so many ignorant people even those closest to you that don't actually care about the struggles, my faith was shaken but I've steadied myself and I am being guided by my Guardian Angel. Although Covid-19 caused much of the hassle, I don't blame it. Everything that happens, happens for a reason. I see every problem, trouble, failure and mistake as blessings now. 1st test - I've called out to the Lord, I cried so many times almost daily for the past couple of months. I'm a grown 32 year old that felt so hopeless 2nd test - Encountered many catholics in my circle that didn't know what they were actually doing, being ignorant of many things. 3rd test - Sounded like God didn't seem to answer my prayers but I know it's not suppose to be easy, we have to go through the narrow path. 4th test - I kept my faith even though nothing good has come to fruition so far. I am very grateful and blessed. Good vibrations to everyone.

As a 45 yr old wife, & mother, I was raised in a non religious home under my fathers rule (who was baptised).God was not allowed & all these years I have been searching for answers in the wrong places. Sin upon sin. But through all of this I kept asking for guidance & help. And I started being shown these videos. This one in particular because I asked God for guidance & not to give up on me. To guide me in the right direction. Now I’m looking into a local Catholic Church that I want to visit & hopefully start learning. I’m scared but only from the fear I’ve built up in myself. I’m going to keep trying. Lots of prayers and love from the Far North of New Zealand

May I tell only you a story? You made me smile. I was a single mom putting my daughter through Catholic school. (12 yrs) So shes in a girls high school and we get in the car one morning when she announces, “ I’ve decided I don’t believe in God.” I say, “Okay”. not the response she expected so she pushes for some drama. She says “ I’m sure of this. There is no God.” “All right” says I and gave her a genuine loving smile. “Mom! What’s wrong??!” I say, “I’m just so proud of you. Your thinking, questioning, searching for yourself”. She became quite and Im sure confused. After a couple days I said in a humorous tone, “ I’ll say Grace since you don’t believe He’s here with us. “ she blurted out I do i do and don’t say that.” The point is, you love God and your children and your Heavenly Father will, in His own good time, track your kid down! He loves both of you. Have faith in your loved one and God. From one mom to another.💕

As I know from others, at that place the local people tend to influence especially Christian people to join their believer.. I was really scared for the moment I've realised I need to go there to continue my study.. But I realised god always there for me and I know this is the moment that my faith to be tested..
