Simple but evocative art style with gameplay that reminds me of Rimworld, Fallout Tactics and Fallout Shelter. It looks promising thus far.

Yess! I think they've added/changed a few things - but still waiting on some more UI treatments - this is definitely a game to watch... think it's going to be really cool

Been following this game from close to the start and they've made some serious progress in the short amount of time. I'm very excited you're covering this game I hope you had a blast playing it and cover it throughout it's development. I am rooting for it to be the next indie game extravaganza!!

Art style is nice! A lot more attention has to be given to the UI however. Things like selection overlays, minimap, info toolbox, enemies with a red contour option, even that bottom left corner box in rimworld that tells you what is selected and info about it. There's also some wonkiness with the tree foliage that should be smoothed out. Overall its a great demo and im looking forward to trying it out when it releases! Props to the team!

I agree! Felt a lot like a tech demo, but if they show the same love to the UI that they did to the overall look, we should be in good hands!

This feels like Demo/Early access since there is not even tutorial phase.

Not going to lie, hope in the final release you will be able to scrap down the corrupted AI drones for scrap components, maybe even if you are later in the game you can have reprogram/build your own “drones” to go about farming/meat shields to reduce on expedition food costs

Maybe you could equip them with heavier armour than you could regular survivors and give them melee / heavy weapons if we wanted the game to have a more “UFO aftermath” style with the cyborg faction, for example. Cyborgs could equip super heavy armor/heavy weapons while not being super encumbered, but are slow and expensive. Meanwhile, the human and psionic factions from the game were cheaper and more squishy but we’re easier to produce/had more opportunity to grow through abilities with the psionic’s

Hope it will be a better rimworld with multi core support from the box, rimword devs are super lazy, and instead of doing what the game rly needs they just milk playerbase with small and not rly necessary DLC
