Thanks I really appreciate that! Sort of running out of content; don’t want to keep showing the same stuff over and over. But it’s fun to share the experience.

Awesome vid as usual. So...How much better was the stove vs the Pomoly Flame? Sustainable heat? Can you get the tent a lot hotter? Thanks!
@OneclickOutside2 жыл бұрын
It was amazing!! 80° without a lot of work. Good heat for several hours, and a ton of coals after five hours still putting out a little bit of heat. One stoke halfway through the night. And I don’t cheat by hanging my thermometer. I put it on the other side of the tent about 16” off the ground. Really happy with how it performed!

@@kokadjooutdoors620 oh I thought you meant the hot tent. Yeah I think the sink stove would be the easier project! Still improving my sewing skills.

That stove homemade? Looks like I coulda saved some time if I had just made mine that way. Also, is there a reason you use the gas stove to boil water instead of the woodstove?
@OneclickOutside2 жыл бұрын
Yeah it’s made from a stainless steel sink. I boil that river water to sterilize it, and coffee percolator on a smaller stove since it needs a very low flame to perc slowly. It almost goes out it’s so low. Boiling cold river water would take forever on the wood stove.
