watching this from 2020 I'm started my natural hair journal and bought the curlformers to get my curl more define

I used Lottsbody setting lotion with my curlformers. My curls were beautiful and the next day my curls fell and I had bouncy. But here is the thing when it is humid outside the curls are going to frizz. So I used eco styler when the weather is is hot for a stronger hold. But you have to comb the product through your hair thoroughly to get any type of hold.. In Chicago, where I live, it is humid most of the time. So I have to change products for the weather to get a better hold. .

Try with setting lotion for the best result! Specifically , mielle mongogo oil style setting spray works very nicely. Use on wet hair. Vary the amount you use to see what works for you.

T. V. Blake you can still use in shorter hair. Also curlformers come in diff lengths.
