Thanks for posting. I was in Ghana recently and heard this story. Are there any good books on Ghanaian Folklore that you recommend? I also heard an interesting one about these three brothers who founded a city who had the characteristics of three animals, one being a whale. Much respect from the USA.

thanks for sharing this history. It definitely confirms who we are as a people, not Egyptians but Jacob/Yacob's children/descendants.😊

This was not taught when I started primary school in 1957 at the Methodist "A" primary school at Cape Coast. In fact my mother told me the story about him when I was twelve years old. According to my mother he appeared from the sea with him families. She said he was very wicked and later on some of his family members turned into stones in Moree. I want to know if it is true. Unfortunately, my mother died in 1980s, when I was a student in US.

Ekow, in 2021 There’s plots of land in Asebu that was sold to people from the diaspora. The land was sold by Chief Nana Obokese. The land that was sold to the diaspora was not allowed by Chief Obokese to sell. You can help right a wrong in addressing this issue to help rectify this issue. You was a big part in capturing footage pertaining to the events that transpired. You are asked to use moral and intervention in helping to right a wrong. Transactions was made in good faith to Nana Obokese regarding the plots purchased.

So considering their names, what shows that the real Egyptian are not Akans and black people and the same with true Israelites
