Can Assessment done u/s 143 ( 3 ) in 2016 can be reassessed by issue of notice dated u/ s 148 dated 25.4 21 under TOLA. Assessment year is 2013-14, issue is late deposit of EPF. Pl give your opinion after judgement of Rajeev Bansal dated 3.10.24 by SC.

If assessment year is 2015-16, as per rajeev bansal judgement irrespective of amount, it is time-barred.
