Where do you find thumbnail art for these Norse videos? They look awesome

What I ended up doing was using snip and sketch, saving it to my laptop. Then going to google lens and uploading the art there. That's the only way to find these pieces of art. It's how I found the artwork for two of the paintings that I have on my wall in my room. Very useful.
