But you remember Sans's words, and the trials you overcame to reach his castle in the first place. You refuse to allow this impasse to end in bloodshed, but how can you convince Asgore to stop fighting, especially since he just shattered the MERCY button? Imma be real, the lack of somber intro was a bit of a jumpscare, which only served to underline the sheer force of this banger. Amazing force as al- wait. Amazing remix as always! Through his bull headed grief and rage, he turned scientists into engineers of death, heroes into thieves, and mothers on their children. He may deserve mercy... but the King of Monsters doesn't deserve forgiveness.
