I know its an old post, but you can do that, just go the music folder in the files, find the file names of the boss battles, use Audacity to convert these to .ogg and replace the originals, Done

This is my favorite of all of the Asgore covers I've heard on KZbin. You put your own spin to it, but it's not a total deviation. You keep the intro quiet and simple, then when the actual battle theme kicks in, it's powerful and it just feels so RIGHT. You did a great job with this.
