I say that Varanag is riding this new creature but there is no official word that it is her. It may be just be a clan warrior, looking like Varang so take it more as a speculation. @@martingulyas3134 It's 8 months short of two years, but yeah it'll play into 2026. They've already filmed much of the footage they need for Avatar 4, it's true though the actors and James Cameron himself will be pretty old by the end of the series.

I was a little scared they would be red. I think na'vi should stay with various types of blue shades. Maybe stretching to greyish or purplish or green ish but never fully those colors. Just a hint to give diversity

The masks the fire clan na'vi are wearing are so interesting, definitely some African influence there. (Talking about the other image we were shown) Kinda obscure but they remind me of these villian things in a kids movie called Arthur and the invisibles, I think they were called seides or something like that.

All the tribes and different Navi were heavily inspired by indigenous people from all over the world. I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw bits of Aghori, Aztec, or Comanche in this new tribe.

The Navi having guns makes me more convinced that Quaritch and Lyle join the Ash Clan and work together to take down Jake, also like the BTS pics with Jake in an orange jail suit and A combat outfit Navi (most likely Quaritch) I do think that coulddd be Lyle with the gun too…

Like Ardmore, Scoresby, Gavin and selfridge could get avatars and then be able to go in the nature of pandora without alerting the animals or nature or whatever. The RDA is definitely going to manipulate the Ash Clan into fighting alongside them. That’ll give them an edge because it’s established that Eywa created a no fly zone around the well of souls for airships.

The creature's face reminds me more of a tetrapteron's rather than a stormglider. The face shape, teeth, even the head spike is present on a tetrapteron, although it is smaller and seems to grow backwards rather than forwards. Maybe Varang's mount is to tetrapterons what Toruk is to ikran?

imagine being Jim Cameron, living in his gorgeous modern mansion somewhere in new zealand and he wakes up every morning to go to work to make avatar movies. now, I know I make it sound like it's a dream job, and it probably is to a certain extent. but, my goodness, with him being the perfectionist he is - and just the sheer amount of data his head has to process in order to get these super complex films at a level that they are is just mind boggling. it's clear the man still has a passion for what he does, and that's very inspiring. but I'm sure there are days where he's angry, livid, depressed, over it - just like we all experience at some point in whatever we do. but that's a whole lotta pressure on one mans shoulders to deliver what he's known to deliver. impressive.

The ash people are already very cool, but Varangs mount is currently the showstopper for me here and I really hope we will get a figure of this beast. You showed us some concept pictures from Avatar 3 already on this channel, one of those were of some Na’vi at a coast with a creature in the background and I think it was this beast and not a Banshee/Ikran. I know that this one doesn’t have a name yet, but for now I will refer to it as a crested banshee I think the third movie will have a huge tonal shift than the previous two and will be quite battle heavy

to me it looks like the flying creature's mouth is more of a mix with an ikran and a thanator than a stormglider. but the horn does lend to the stormglider look. Im excited to see what else they show later on as they build up to the movie release. I think the main controversial part of this movie is that this fire tribe has no issue siding with humans for their own tiny advancement. Sort of like how some native Americans had sided with the French, British, or Americans to fight other tribes in the area for their own gain. Then again, Jake’s people have also heavily integrated human technology into their guerrilla fighting style, so maybe they just had the idea first.

man, this behind the scenes image looks like it really is Quaritch, and if this scene is him looking for help and manipulating the fire clan, maybe that's why they have Navy's with weapons in the concept art, it's him and the other Avatars revived with their group and in fact the fire clan will be antagonists of the plot.

I feel that there is gonna be some sort of alliance between the ash poeple and the RDA more specifically quaritch. But my question is why. The only two options that i can think of is 1. They don’t like Jake Sully 2. I think it shoud take a lot more then just hating one person or family to join a faction that has brought death and dustruction to your own world. No i think the ash people are neglected and mistreated by the other NA’VI clans, and because of that they want to be respected and maybe hungry for power. the RDA (quaritch) are misleading them to get it by betraying the clans and capture or kill Jake sully. That’s what i am speculating looking at these concept images and what we have seen from bts inages.

Disney has a reputation of making their movies soft and weak. I want the Navi antagonists to be sadistic, psychopathic, just pure evil to the core. While also having a compelling reason to justify their barbaric natures. Like their cruelty and the evil atrocities they committed against the Navi is an instinct of POWER to the navi exiles of the shadow lands or the tribes of the ashes. So they can be the most dominant force of pandora. Unless, the humans wipe them out.
