We have the resources - like she has said - we have the population, hard-working, learning skills - like she said. All that is needed is the step to begin our independence. Perhaps if it were made clear, the UK government would try to hijack as it has done before. But I think the lady is speaking for many of us - now's the time.

Awesome. Brilliant content. Scotland Budget £60 billion pounds yes Thomas Devolved public spending by Edinburgh parliament in Scotland by Scottish government. They pushed income tax on Scottish taypayers to limits. 1.8 million Scottish people are on welfare state benefits.

So 3.7 million people are in paid employment in scotland.Not too bad given the fact we are told we are too we too stupid to become independent .what's the unemployment numbers in England Wales and NI

The usual rubbish. The currency will be the Scottish currency, just as all Countries who have gained Independence or Decolonisation use their own. Currency is not an issue for those who understand how the world economy works. As for pensions, everyone knows that the UK is legally bound to pay what is due to those to whom it is due. After Independence, the Scottish government will take over, and a new phase shall begin which will include the crossover of those due from the old system of the UK. Again a simple matter for those who understand.
