Yeah Enchanted Crystal Arrow stuns for up to 3 seconds depending on the distance. The farther away the target is, the longer the stun. The damage also splashes to nearby enemies, so in a way it can steal Baron if timed correctly

The stun duration depends on the distance the arrow travels, if you shoot it from the fountain, you get a 3.5 seconds stun, if you shoot it at close range, it's 1.

Stun duration, Ashe's stun lasts longer depending on how long it's traveled. Thus, if you can land a stun from that far away, it's better than the shorter distance.

It's easier, but using ult and then teleporting is more effective and more rewarding, if the ult hits ofc. Good Ashe players do it this way because when the ult hits it will give them a longer stun because of the distance the ult traveled, so instead of 0.5-1 sec at close range, it will be at about 3.5 sec at long range.

the ult in melee range stuns for 0,5 or 1sec (correct me if i am wrong) and 3,5 when from really farm away so if you hit it then u have more time to kill the champ u hit with the arrow, so it's more likely that he won't get away.

Teleport is fine on an adc. In combat if you're not careful yes you'll want barrier or cleanse or maybe ignite, but teleport allows for a lot of movement and ability to set ganks or plays like this up.
