Interesting. I didn't know carolling in other countries were like that. Here, at least in my state, the houses are already booked. We only go to other Christians' homes, after all we read from the bible and pray before singing 2 songs and one official song. Then if we get food, we pray for the food and eat it(or packed it up). During this time, the owner would give the money. While you _are_ allowed to not donate, it would be a bit of an arse thing to do as the money is for the church and not for the carollers.

Resistive touchscreens can't do multitouch (at least not the ones you're likely to find in a chinese tablet). HOWEVER, they *can* measure how much area you're pressing. That can be used to fake multitouch since it can tell when you're likely to have two fingers on, by area. It can't tell where those fingers are, but it can tell roughly how far apart they are and where the center lies. I bet you can do some experiments and get it to recognize your palm as a zoom-in.

They pulled it off perfectly, it has unique and interesting levels and the art style is much better than the majority of games found in the app store today. They did it pretty well seeing that so many people bought and played their games

I'm happy with my ZTE V55 Optik. Too bad it's charger went to shit a few days ago! :( It was a good tablet then it's charger broke. Not really. It was a slow, buggy, bad-UI, unstable piece of shit. I still loved it to death. And hey, Android 3.2.1 was made for tablets! Wish I'd got Android 3.2.5 instead - it'd have been a little less unstable and glitchy. Probably every other issue would stay.

My best guess is that the WoPad runs a graphics processor similar to what is in the HTC Dream (that is how Angry Birds behaves on one of those), while the ZTE Blade has a more modern processor capable of running more modern games.

wow i just got a new 7" Android 2.2 Tablet (different to this one!) with lots of free accessories (like case, ports, adapters) for only £52.00 (with free delivery). Strange thing is, that it wasn't like cheap tat (like most budget electricals), it actually works surprisingly well!! And the 3D-Cube iPad2-like theme is quite nice aswell :P
