Thank you for making this! Some-how I missed that Asheron was a royal pirate - that's crazy. Their whole story was so good. I was too young to fully understand/appreciate it but I'm going back through it now to experience it again.

For real though. There's so much content in AC. You could make a spinoff where you play as the different Empyrean factions; Buckaneer Yalaini, swarthy Dericostian, or uptight Habreous.

Just found the channel.. thanks for taking the time to create these. I played AC for 14 years on and off, my first MMO and I still remember the days of running around with your patron or friends trying to figure stuff out. Olthoi Rock Matty Caves BSD Old Arwic Shadow Wars Being top PvPer on Verdantine after a few years. All of these are some of the best memories ever in an MMO for me.

Love it. I played for a few years from release, and always meant to get back to it, but there was set back after set back. And of course, Turbine/WB shutting down the official servers didn't help.

Asherons Call was my first MMO when I was 12 or so. Since then I have been hooked on MMOs but always love coming back to this one. I just recently saw the video on how to play in 2023 and I have been taken back in time! Now I just need to figure out how to get it to play on my SteamDeck... 😏

@@Voidmoney i just remember the instruction booklet said something about shoushi stick figures, so i became obsessed with using stick weapons lmao. I never advanced to far in the game. I just loved role playing in it
